Food Safety Manager Class, St Helena June 18, 2020

This class with exam will be taught outdoors to protect the health of students and instructor. The class will follow CDC Covid-19 guidelines for schools and National Registry of Food Safety Professionals procedures for teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Students will be required to wear a face mask during the class and exam. Each student will sit at their own 6 foot table, which will be placed 6 feet apart from other tables to the front and rear. Each student will be required to bring their own material to take notes, and STUDENTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN #2 PENCIL TO TAKE THE TEST. Prior to the exam, students will be notified by email of any other requirements.
Each student must bring their valid government issued photo ID.
This Food Safety Manager Class with exam fulfills the CA requirement for a Certified Food Safety Manager, and is approved by all County Health Departments in California. This certification is good for 5 years from the date of passing the exam. A score of 75% is needed to pass the exam.
