January 19, 2023 Food Safety Manager Class with Exam
Class Location: Mountain Mike’s Pizza, 3125 Cleveland Ave., Santa Rosa 95403
Students are encouraged to wear a mask covering nose and mouth during the class and exam.
The class starts at 9am and will end 3-4pm
EACH STUDENT MUST BRING THEIR VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID.
A 30 page Study Guide and ServSafe practice exam will be emailed to you after completing registration.
This Food Safety Manager Class with exam fulfills the CA requirement for a Certified Food Safety Manager, and is approved by all County Health Departments in California. This certification is good for 5 years from the date of passing the exam.
A score of 70% is needed to pass the exam.
