Class size is limited to 20 students.
A 25 page Study Guide and a ServSafe practice test with answers will be emailed to students after on-line registration is completed.
The class will also follow ServSafe COVID-19 requirements.
All students will be required to wear a mask covering nose and mouth during the class and exam.
This class will have a half hour lunch break. Students are encouraged to bring lunch and snacks, which can be eaten during the class and breaks.
EACH STUDENT MUST BRING THEIR VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID.
This Food Safety Manager Class with exam fulfills the CA requirement for a Certified Food Safety Manager, and is approved by all County Health Departments in California. This certification is good for 5 years from the date of passing the exam. A score of 75% is needed to pass the exam.
