Class size is limited to 15 students, due to COVID restrictions.
A 25 page Study Guide and practice test with answers will be emailed to students after on-line registration is completed.
The class will follow Sonoma County Public Health COVID-19 guidelines for gatherings. Will also follow ServSafe COVID-19 requirements.
Students will be required to wear a face mask during the class and exam. Each student will sit at separate 6 foot table, which will be placed 6 feet apart from other tables to the front and rear. Prior to the class, students will be notified by email of any additional requirements.
Coffee and tea and water will be provided. Lunch will not be provided. Students are encouraged to bring snacks which can be eaten during the class and breaks.
Each student must bring their valid government issued photo ID.
This Food Safety Manager Class with exam fulfills the CA requirement for a Certified Food Safety Manager, and is approved by all County Health Departments in California. This certification is good for 5 years from the date of passing the exam. A score of 75% is needed to pass the exam.
